Kidz Closet Charities Celebrates Grand Opening of New Location in Vero Beach

Kidz Closet Charities is excited to announce the grand opening of our new and expanded location at 690 4th Place, Unit #3, Vero Beach, FL 32962. This move marks an important milestone for our organization and strengthens our mission of providing emergency clothing, shoes, and essential items to children in need throughout Indian River County. Our grand reopening and ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on November 19, 2025, and the day was filled with joy, community support, and renewed purpose.

Our new facility is significantly larger than our previous space, offering wider aisles, organized shelving, and improved storage capacity—allowing us to serve more families than ever before. Volunteers, partner agencies, local leaders, and supporters filled the room as we officially opened our doors. The ribbon-cutting symbolized not just a new beginning, but the ongoing dedication of everyone who believes in helping children in our community.

Inside the new clubhouse, visitors were able to tour the updated layout, browse the expanded clothing sections, and see firsthand how donations are organized by age, size, and category. Clothing racks and labeled bins now make it easier to quickly locate the right items for each child, ensuring families receive the support they need during moments of crisis.

During the event, volunteers greeted guests, answered questions, and shared stories about the impact Kidz Closet Charities has had on local families. The new space offers a more comfortable and welcoming environment—bright lighting, open space for sorting donations, and room for growth as community needs continue to increase.

We are grateful for the outpouring of support shown during the grand opening.
